RUMBLE AT THE DELI HITS LONDON IN NOVEMBER – BDK FIGHTS ON FRI 22ND
The guys behind pop-up spectacular Dine Mile High and the Great Indian Peninsula railway are taken over infamous Notting Hill based Tom’s Deli this November for “Rumble at the deli” a one chef standing cooking battle inspired by the flavours of Italian cuisine.
The rules are easy: 3 rounds, 3 key ingredients to make up 3 outstanding courses and knock out the adversary before digestivo goes down. An all star line up from all different backgrounds has been gathered around the boxing ring. Food heavy-weights Oliver Templeton (Dine Mile high), Tom Forster (St John); Freddy Pethick-Money (The Dorchester), Thomas Straker (Dinner by Heston Blumenthal), Pratap Chahal (Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s), Toto (The Italian Supperclub), our grumoy chef Rob, obviously, and many others will fight against each other every Thursday, Friday and Saturday to get the title of King of the pots.
Rob’s gonna put on his boxing gloves on SOLD OUT Friday 22nd dinner with a menu based on quail, lamb and chestnut. Menus are super secret and chefs are all hush hush in their sweaters, ready to give their best uppercut at the right time. Check last dates left here.
